THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced! We have booked with them now 2 years in a row and both times they've gone above and beyond! I've suggested them to all of my friends and family and we will all continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

They were so friendly and helpful through the whole process! We got the bounce house/water slide with the octopus on top for my daughter's birthday, and the kids had a BLAST! The only downfall was how hard it was for their parents to get them out of it when it was time to go home! There was a lot of crying. In addition, our power went out for an extended period lasting into the morning of the party. I called slightly panicked and they brought a generator out with them just in case (power came back on before they arrived so thankfully wasn't needed) and they offered to rent it to me for a discount because of the circumstances. It was a bright spot during a stressful morning. Aim High Bounce is also opening a bounce park in Forney; we are recommending them to all of our friends and family!

The owners are simply the best!!!! They try to work around your schedule and i have used them at least a dozen times!!!!
